Kimmi arranged my New Year trip to Jamaica with speed and expertise . My trip was last minute and unexpected, less than 6 week notice. Sorry not sorry (JAMAICA on NEW YEAR). Kimmi and I were in constant communication since it was short notice. Kimmi was able to secure me a room at the hotel she was staying in. The most awesome part was she met me in the lobby with a warm smile and walked me to my room to make sure I got settled. When I tell you the entire experience was amazing. Kimmi and her husband won Prom King and Queen. I was honored to participate. Y'all I'm a talker so now I will let the pics speak

A BIG thank you to our travel agent, Kimi J! She went above and beyond to help with every need and special request. As it turned out, there was a glitch with our booking (no fault of her own) and Kimi spent over an hour on the phone with me and fixed everything. The cruise was fantastic and can't wait to sail again! Kimi deserves recognition....her .customer service is top notch!! A BIG thank you to our travel agent, Kimi J! My daughter and I had a blast on my birthday cruise. Kimi is the best travel agent one could ever hope for. Kimi went above and beyond in making sure we had a memorable fun trip. If there was any issue, she took care of it immediately. I will continue to entrust Kimi with my travel planning. I had the worst time with a previous travel agent, I mean it was horrific. I swore I would never travel with Norwegian or EVER use another travel agent again. I was connected with Kimi Jackson in hopes for some guidance and she took the time to walk me through how to fix a situation that another agent had completely messed up. Ms Jackson never once pushed me or made me feel like I was being "sold". Because she took the time to talk to me about what I really wanted, and truly listened, I decided to give using a travel agent another chance. I must admit, I was EXTREMELY impressed with how she listened to what I wanted and BOY WAS I PICKY. I mean I had the worst service before and was not going to go through it again, I know for fact I was probably really difficult. NOT ONE time did Kimi make me feel like I was too much. She laughed with me, and just made this whole process so smooth and because of that, I didn't just book a regular room, I booked THE HAVEN. Kimi simply went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure I fully understood what was going on. She was so professional and charming that I just can't imagine ever using anyone else. My trip is not for another year, but Kimi has always taken the time to answer my calls even with my most annoying questions LOL and never once has she made me feel like I was a burden.
